What is collected
The fit-check form asks for a business or company name, a public website or social link, an email address or phone / WhatsApp number, your primary goal and any optional context you choose to provide.
Why it is used
Your information is used only to review the public business context, respond to your enquiry and, when relevant, discuss a possible collaboration. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in the website's D1 database and may be copied into Nataliia's private lead pipeline to manage the enquiry and follow-up.
How long it is kept
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for an active client relationship or a legal obligation. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing the address above. A request will be handled as soon as reasonably possible.
