U.L.School — from scattered posting to a human-led content operating system.
A remote teaching team had knowledge, personalities and plenty of ideas. The missing layer was a practical system that could turn those inputs into recognisable content, clear production tasks and measurable learning.
The response
I connected the content plan, shoot briefs, team materials, editing, design, publishing and reporting into one flexible working rhythm.
How the work moved
The stages behind the outcome.
- 01
Structure
Turned agreed topics into a live plan with a purpose, format, owner, caption and production requirements.
- 02
Brief
Created clear shoot packs so remote teachers knew what to film, how to frame it and when the material was needed.
- 03
Produce
Edited Reels and built Stories, carousels and static posts around real teachers, student journeys and useful language content.
- 04
Publish
Kept the working rhythm moving across materials, approvals, final copy and scheduled content.
- 05
Measure
Built an internal reporting base to compare periods and formats while keeping visibility metrics separate from client conversions.
Verified result
What changed in the measured period.
The operating layer
A reporting base built for decisions, not decorative monthly PDFs.
Monthly platform metrics, format-level performance and period comparisons sit in one structured view. The structure remains visible, while the working figures are softened for client confidentiality.

Production system
A clear production brief shows how the work is organised before filming starts.
This is an example of the complete working material I prepare: responsibilities, deadlines, framing guidance, spoken copy and a shot-by-shot sequence. It helps every participant understand exactly what to record and why.
Before → after
From disconnected templates to a more human, recognisable feed.
The shift was not about making every tile identical. It was about giving real teachers and useful topics a clearer visual language and a more confident profile structure.

The full designs stay intact and can be browsed horizontally as one content category.

Video edits that let the school’s people carry the message.
The supplied Reel files are embedded as playable vertical videos so the editing, pacing and teacher-led formats can be reviewed directly.
Client words
Proof of a working relationship.
Only real client messages are used here. Original screenshots stay visible; captions provide the direct English meaning where needed.
